This includes the IP address and operating system of your device, the date and time of use and the type of browser you use to access the Website or schedulR. This is necessary for the optimal and secure provision of the Website and schedulR.

Personal data we collect and process in order to allow access to and use of schedulR

schedulR is a platform that connects listed companies with investors. The events functionality of schedulR allows our corporate customers (Corporates) to advertise their investor relations events to investor customers (Investors) and to invite Investors to events. It also allows Investors to ask for or accept invitations to such events. The news functionality of schedulR allows Corporates to send corporate news into and through schedulR. Furthermore, schedulR offers a CRM functionality for our Corporate customers who subscribe to the CRM module, and for us.

In addition, Interaction Partners cooperates with investor relations firms and stock exchange operators – such as SIX Swiss Exchange AG – (Partners). In the framework of such cooperation, Interaction Partners may allow Partners to advertise events on their own platforms, organize events by means of using schedulR, or to publish or retrieve and re-publish corporate news from schedulR.

We collect and process the following types of personal data in order to allow access to and use of schedulR:

  • Registration: The access and use of schedulR requires prior registration. In the registration process, we will ask you to provide personal data such as your name, title, business email address, and the name and address of the company you work for or represent.
  • Access and use of schedulR as an Investor: If you access and use schedulR as an Investor in order to create or update your Investor profile, read corporate news, ask Corporates or Interaction Partners for invitations to events, accept such invitations or provide feedback on a past event you attended, we (or the relevant Corporate or Partner) will collect and process the information you thereby provide.

This will regularly include your name, title, business email address and telephone number, and the name and address of the company (Investor) you work for or represent, and further information that we, the Corporate or a Partner require in order to manage your participation in the event. In addition, this will include information about your investment preferences, interests, events you will attend or have attended in the past, and feedback you provided in response to surveys.

Corporates and Partners are separate controllers in relation to the collection and processing of personal data in connection with their interaction with Investors on schedulR. Therefore, if you write to or are contacted by Corporates and Partners or attend their respective events, please revert to the privacy policies of the relevant Corporates or Partners.
  • Access and use of schedulR as a Corporate or Partner: If you access and use schedulR on behalf of a Corporate or Partner, we will collect the information you provide to us.
